1. Return & Exchange Window
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all parts and accessories.

2. Special Considerations

  • Cabinets: Must be unassembled and in original packaging. Assembled cabinets cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Knife Racks & Seasoning Shelves: Must be clean, unused, and in resalable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or personalized items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items not in original condition

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return through our website contact form

  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization and instructions

  3. Ship Items Back: You're responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

  4. Receive Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
